Our name is inspired by the roadside origins of the traditional diner. The offering draws parallels with the great Walter Scott’s Diner. He was the original diner operator, the pioneer who sold coffee and (CLUB) sandwiches from a horse drawn wagon some time around 1858, in Providence Rhode Island, USA.
